401(k) Plan
IE Discovery has established a 401(k) retirement plan to help employees save for their future. IE Discovery matches 50% of employee contributions up to 5% of the employee’s pay.

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
Cafeteria plans enable you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying medical and dependent care expenses. Contributions to the plan are not taxed for Federal Income Tax or Social Security (FICA) purposes. IE Discovery’s Cafeteria Plan allows you to set aside pre-taxed money for medical, dependent care, orthodontia, and insurance premium costs.

Time Off and Holidays
IE Discovery recognizes the need for employees to get away and re-charge. New employees receive 25 days off per year for vacation, sick time, holidays, jury duty, or other time-off needs. Bonuses As employees work together in an efficient manner, IE Discovery succeeds and grows. To encourage that collective effort and to reward employees for their individual contributions, IE Discovery offers an annual bonus plan.

Parking/Transportation
In our D.C. office, we recognize the cost and complications involved in getting to work. We offer paid parking or Metro transportation to regular, full-time employees.

Casual Dress Policy
All of IE Discovery’s offices enjoy a business casual dress policy year-round.

Training and Skills Development
IE Discovery values the expertise of our employees, and we actively maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. We offer in-house training and a variety of opportunities for employees to take advantage of external training programs. IE Discovery supports reimbursement of tuition-related costs for associate, undergraduate, and graduate courses from accredited educational institutions. Educational reimbursement is also available for continuing education courses, bar dues, and other training required as part of an approved professional certification curriculum. For example, as a Microsoft® Certified Partner (MCP), IE Discovery maintains a team of Microsoft® Certified Solution Developers (MCSDs) and Microsoft® Certified System Engineers (MCSEs).
