Environmental Litigation Project Manager
YOUR MISSION: To contribute your project management savvy to the delivery of quality information management, litigation support, and document management solutions and services to our clients nationwide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IE Discovery, Inc.™, including products, services and Company mission and goals.
- Serve as primary point of contact with clients throughout project lifecycle.
- Envision and commit to the client’s expectations and definition of success for every assigned project.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources required to support and execute the project.
- Ensure that products and services are delivered to the client’s satisfaction on time and within budget.
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients; provide project status updates.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL LITIGATION
- Direct IE Discovery’s support to client for numerous cases involving affirmative cost recovery for environmental remediation. This support includes factual research on site history and operator practices, providing research for client’s legal analysis of claims, key document identification and acquisition, relevancy review, privilege review, document production, and assistance in graphic presentation of evidence.

YOUR TRACK RECORD
- Understanding and experience with environmental litigation essential.
- Juris Doctor or degree in Environmental Studies or other relevant field.
- Legal experience in environmental law, particularly with federal and state environmental regulations and laws, such as CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, SDWA, CAA, TSCA, and others.
- Prior experience with environmental claims.
- Research background: Environmental regulation or litigation experience a plus. Familiarity with research at federal and state record repositories such as the Library of Congress, the NARA federal records centers, or other government facilities.
- Experience managing projects with a budget greater than $500,000.
- JD preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in related field a minimum.
- 3+ years of prior environmental litigation or litigation support.
- Strong CERCLA/RCRA/CAA/CWA Background preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a service delivery environment a plus.
- Knowledge of document management technology and services are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Federal sales experience
- A proven track record of success as a hunter
- Consultative sales skills
- Litigation support and/or technical sales background
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Services sales experience and experience with larger government agencies preferred

Short-Term Legal Associates
YOUR MISSION: To utilize your litigation support skills to assist us with delivering quality legal services to our clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review documents to determine whether information is subject to a protective order and therefore, restricted from production
- Perform document productions and relevancy reviews
- Perform legal research and writing
- Conduct witness interviews
- Perform other related litigation support tasks as necessary

- Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or relevant field; JD a plus
- Experience with document productions, privilege reviews and/or SEC second request document reviews
- Experience with government contracts, environmental law, and/or federal personnel/EEO law.
