IE Discovery is committed to making a positive impact not only in the lives of our employees and clients, but also in the greater communities in which we live. For this reason, we have adopted the B.R.I.D.G.E Program, an employee-run volunteer initiative that encourages our colleagues to support their local communities through service and volunteer work. The program also provides a company-sponsored pool of money for various community needs.

Within our intranet site, IE Discovery regularly posts volunteer opportunities for communities across the country, so that all of our employees can easily find ways to contribute to local causes. For every hour that our employees volunteer, up to 20 hours a year, IE Discovery donates money into the B.R.I.D.G.E. fund, which is then redistributed to a variety of exceptional charities and other causes chosen by our employees. To date, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars while helping to build homes, beautify parks, mentor children, and raise funds for local food banks and animal shelters. This program empowers our employees to explore the countless opportunities to serve their communities and allows them to commit their time and resources to causes most near and dear to their hearts.

We at IE Discovery are proud of the hard work that our employees put into every task they take on, and we are happy to encourage them to dedicate some of that work towards making a difference in our communities.
