Electronic Discovery Symposium for Government Agencies

In 2005, IE Discovery began offering Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions to help educate agency attorneys on electronic discovery matters in advance of the coming amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Using a wealth of knowledge acquired over the years, our own in-house experts, along with agency and outside counsel, have delivered critical information and insight to agency attorneys, records management, FOIA, and Information Technology personnel in more than 80 sessions. In 2008, we inaugurated an annual all-day Symposium on Electronic Discovery specifically geared to and only for federal government attorneys, records management, FOIA, and IT personnel. The Symposia bring together respected judges in the field of electronic discovery, agency attorneys willing to share challenges and triumphs, and many subject matter experts to share insights and knowledge with a broad range of agency personnel.

The 5th Annual Symposium is scheduled for May 10, 2012, at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. Additional information will be available as the date gets closer.
