IE Discovery is experienced. For more than 20 years, IE Discovery has been solely focused on Discovery Management services and technology. In that time, we have supported thousands of cases. Over the years, we pioneered the use of imaging, web-based, and eDiscovery technology in the litigation support space. IE Discovery staff is the most experienced in the industry. Our management averages10 years of experience with IE Discovery. Our Project Managers average more than 6 years of experience with IE Discovery and over 80% of our senior level Project Managers have PMP certifications. All of our new employees take part in our innovative Boot Camp training, ensuring that every employee understands the interests of our clients and how they provide value to clients.
IE Discovery has extensive electronic discovery experience as well. We currently host more than 30 TBs of data online for our clients and manage hundreds more in offline environments. We have processed more than 45 TBs of native files. Finally, IE Discovery’s experience means we are financially stable. We are owned solely by active management without any institutional investors who are looking to maximize profit. With this financial footing we can focus on providing clients long-term value, rather than next quarter’s return.

We have also integrated a middleware technology platform to ensure we are able to seamlessly integrate with our clients’ and their counsels’ tools of choice and manage workflow among various systems. Discovery Integrator™ is the first middleware application specifically designed to link data from industry-leading litigation support applications. This allows our clients to use their tools of choice and maintain a single, uniform approach to discovery across their litigation.
Finally, our focus on the entire litigation portfolio, rather than on individual cases, allows us to create incentive-based contracts that align our interests with our clients. This usually results in a more predictable and less erratic spend. As a result of building standard processes across multiple cases, our clients benefit from higher quality, more consistent, and more defensible discovery. For instance, our Discovery Management processes and the associated quality management system have been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. This means an independent third party has examined and certified our internal processes.
