IE Discovery’s Corporate Discovery Counsel Co-Authors Article on Document Reviews for ACC Docket

“You May Find Yourself in a Large Document Review” appears in May 2009 issue, examines better ways to address litigation and document review

Austin, Texas (May 19, 2009)— Cathy Clark, Corporate Discovery Counsel for IE Discovery, a leading provider of comprehensive Discovery Management solutions to the legal community, has contributed her expertise to an article in the May 2009 issue of ACC Docket, titled “You May Find Yourself in a Large Document Review.” The article, co-authored by Ms. Clark and Frank Vacella, Associate General Counsel-Litigation at Ericcson Inc. and Tom Fasone, III, Senior Counsel with McKool Smith in Dallas, examines all phases of electronic discovery and document review and promotes best practices for technology-assisted, or “blended” review.
