Discovery is a complex process requiring numerous parties (internal and external) to collect, review, and produce responsive information. IE Discovery’s project management team offers clients a wealth of experience and capabilities and can marshal various legal, technical, and document specialist resources as needed to provide efficient and effective services to our clients. Many of our Project Managers have undergone advanced certification through the Project Management Institute’s PMP program. Our PMs provide ongoing oversight and reporting of frequently changing project milestones through periodic verbal and written updates to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

PMs are a valuable resource to our clients. They help understand objectives, discuss alternatives, and orchestrate all of the discrete moving parts to deliver the desired end result to the client. Given the complex issues that can arise in any case involving ESI, the role of the PM is even more critical today. PMs manage and coordinate all services from all departments and serve as the client’s single source for any needs concerning service delivery, including:

• Designing and executing a written project plan to best fit client needs
• Documenting and monitoring the project plan
• Anticipating and successfully navigating complex issues
• Ensuring the timely and successful execution of all services
