Repository Viewer
Enables the organization of customizable, hierarchical folder structures for each collection loaded into InfoDox®. Folders hold documents recently added to the repository, keeping you apprised of newly added documents and allowing you to begin working with the collection as processing continues.

Robust Searching
A flexible search engine that supports “fuzzy” and contextual searching helps you locate documents quickly and reliably. A single interface supports simultaneous searching of the indexed data and the full text of documents.

Document Viewing
InfoDox® provides the fastest image viewer available with full annotation and redaction capabilities that “streams” pages, so you can begin reviewing large documents while the document is still loading to your desktop. You can view native files using an HTML view (with “hit” highlighting of search terms) or a universal viewer to support an image rendering of multiple file formats or the native application.

Electronic Notebooks
Create your own hierarchy of on-line notebooks to store documents you work with most (e.g., production and deposition prep documents). You can keep notebooks private or share them with your colleagues. Print or produce a notebook full of documents with just a few keystrokes.

Reporting
The report builder within InfoDox® enables printing of the indexed fields for any group of documents you choose, making it easy to generate a variety of reports including privilege and production logs, and exhibit listings for depositions and trial. Field selection and sort/group options are completely customizable and reports can be printed or saved for additional customization within Microsoft® Word™ or Access™.

Administration 
InfoDox® repository security is fully customizable, enabling your organization to control the documents and annotations users can view, the data fields they can see or edit, and the notebooks they can access. This enables your organization to share repositories internally and with outside parties such as outside counsel, experts, or even opposing counsel if desired, without repeatedly producing documents for these parties.

To ensure that you have access to your secure on-line data anytime from anywhere, IE Discovery is committed to maintaining robust, pervasive information technology security. Security levels include physical security that meets government standards, strict security policies with regard to user accounts, password authentication, encryption, performance monitoring, regular security audits, and periodic infrastructure integrity checks.

ReviewDox® Review Workflow Management
ReviewDox®—the companion application to InfoDox®—simplifies the process of managing the workflow of review services, so that you can perform objective, subjective or issue coding, or relevancy and/or privilege review. ReviewDox® enables multiple reviewers within a review set simultaneously and allows you to configure the window layout, viewable and editable data fields, document- and/or page-level reviews, and handling of attachment groups together or separately. Review cycles can be customized to route documents to specific reviewers with specific subject-matter expertise, to optimize decision-making. ReviewDox® also offers reporting features that enable you to track the parties reviewing each document in each phase, as well as the time documents were reviewed. These reports further enable you to track the volume and rate of review by a party for a given period of time, ensuring accurate metrics and timeframe estimates for completion.

InfoDox® and ReviewDox® are both highly intuitive, easy to use, and fully supported with onsite or web-based training as needed. Training is customized to the needs of your organization and scalable, from users performing simple search and review tasks, to power users and administrators. In addition, InfoDox® provides context-sensitive Help and a downloadable User Manual available online for any of your organization’s authorized users.
