Lauren A. Allen, Project Manager, IE Discovery, Inc.
Lauren A. Allen joined IE Discovery in 2001, putting her legal training and experience to work for federal agencies on a variety of matters, including environmental, contracts, and labor, and employment cases. Currently, as a Program Manager she oversees delivery of services for IE Discovery clients including planning discovery projects, collecting and reviewing documents, drafting discovery requests and responses, conducting legal research, developing custom databases, and supporting experts. Prior to IE Discovery, she worked on environmental and antitrust matters.
Ms. Allen is licensed in Virginia, and she is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. A graduate of the University of Southern California, she earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law

Cathy A. Fetgatter, Project Manager, IE Discovery, Inc.
Cathy A. Fetgatter joined IE Discovery in 2008, putting her legal experience to work for federal agencies on a variety of matters, including environmental, contracts, and labor and employment cases. As a Project Manager, she manages the delivery of services for IE Discovery clients including large-scale document collection efforts, reviewing documents for relevancy, responsiveness and privilege, e-discovery consultation and implementation, conducting legal research, deposition preparation, and trial support.
Prior to IE Discovery, she practiced at McGuireWoods LLP in the firm’s Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Department, focusing on complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement, and export violations.
Ms. Fetgatter is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from the Washington College of Law and Kogod School of Business at American University.
